- Exchange:
- It’s totally fine to exchange items within 30 days, as long as the items have not been worn, have not been washed and if the tags are still intact!
- Refund:
- You may ask for a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item for the following reasons:
- We are out of stock of an Item that was sent defective.
- We are out of stock of an Item that was sent with the wrong size
- The item received does not match the description of the item online.
- Only items that have the tags intact, have not been worn and have not been washed can be refunded.
- You will be refunded only for the cost of the item, not for the delivery.
Note that exchanges and/or refunds will be honored on a per item basis, not per order––in other words: we cannot exchange/refund you’re a multiple-item order unless the terms above apply to each and every item in the order.
