Shipping Policy

Delivery in Jordan will be within 2-4 days, depending on factors such as holiday/working days and the time you place your order.

Delivery fees: 3 JDs per order within Amman; 5 JDs per order outside Amman.

Delivery fees are non-refundable when returning or exchanging products.

How delivery works: as you complete your online order, you will be asked to provide a delivery address and current contact information (email and phone). You’ll receive updates via email, and our delivery team will contact you by phone when your order is ready arrange arrival time and hand off details.

The speed and accuracy of delivery depends on the information that you provide when completing your order––so please be sure to share full and accurate details.
